I like the weight of this paring knife. A little lighter than some I've had in the past.
The blade is super sharp and the handle has a countour to the shape which makes it super comfortable.

One Great Paring Knife

This knife is easy to use, it is shaped perfectly for all paring jobs - especially paring toward yourself, ex: an apple. German steel so durable yet nice flexibility.

Most used knife in the block set. The length on this parer lends itself to tackling cutting tasks ordinarily reserved for a utility knife. Extremely comfortable handle, perfect weight and extra sharp.

Great paring knife

The perfect little parer, has a nice length for the blade shape. Great for peeling, and doing anything in hand, or even using as a fine edge steak knife. Great price point as well for a German blade that has been ice hardened to provide extra sharpness and durability.

You can't go wrong having this lightweight Twin Signature paring knife in your repertoire. The traditional handle makes paring and peeling tasks that much more comfortable and the durable blade seamlessly tackles those small cutting jobs.
