Use it for strawberries, apples, ginger, garlic, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect knife for cutting and chopping smaller vegetables. The blade curves slightly down, which minimizes the risk of stabbing your other hand while holding and cutting an onion!

Love this paring knife. Use constantly. Has a nice sharp agile blade which fits into tight corners when peeling and paring. Nice point, great for segmenting grapefruits and oranges. The blade stays nice and sharp, and is so durable that you could throw into the dishwasher.

Great little knife

I love this knife because the handle is curved to fit in my hand perfectly and I love how it is light weight so that I can use it to cut things in my hand, like apples or peaches. The blade is super sharp and it is a great value for a knife made in Germany.

I love this knife for paring because the curved handle and transition where the knife meet the blade lets me get right up to blade and gives me good control of the blade for paring! Its nice and lightweight and sharp as can be, this knife perfectly suits my needs for paring, and I do a lot of that!
