[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Knife is well balanced and sturdy. It's design is not just cosmetically appealing but also very sturdy. The blade metal extends the entire length of the knife allowing for more pressure to be applied than other knives. That makes it great even for slicing large cheese blocks. I have broken many cheap brands of knives before in that manner. This knife will not break under those conditions.
