What a fantastic pairing knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say this very knife is really sharp and does the job quite well. I’ve worked in the cooking industry since I was 14 years old, and I find that Zwilling knives are not only durable and sharp, but that they are all around quailty blades.
