Perfectly roasted chicken! Every time.

If you've ever had a chicken that looks beautiful on the outside but is under done on the inside, this roaster solves that problem, period. The cast iron carries the heat evenly to all parts of the chicken delivers a perfectly cooked, juicy bird. The bottom collects the juices for a pan gravy or au jus. It is perfect. Brine the chicken for the best results. Dishwasher safe for easy clean up.

Crispy Skin all the way around

This cast iron vertical roaster not only radiates heat up and throughout the chicken it also keeps the chicken off the bottom of your roasting dish so it's not sitting in the juices getting slick with fat. Promotes even cooking and I find this to clean up so easily...just pour off the fat/juices that collect in the roaster and your roasting pot is barely dirty.

Beer can you have been replaced. This vertical chicken roaster make beautiful moist chicken every time you use it. The heat retention of the cast iron is amazing. Yes cooked from the outside, once hot the inside of the roaster produces nice even heat, so the bird cooks faster but does not dry out.

I did not know how much I needed this roaster until I used it! This is by far the best way to roast a chicken. Everyone needs this piece in their kitchen! It is highly underestimated.

What a cool take on the beer can chicken! I prefer the cast iron though and having the deep base collectiong lots of flavor. Basting a bird like this is easy peasy!

Gets the crisp skin all around. Has deep well that you can sauce or season and the poultry "sucks" it up... Interesting piece that cleans in a snap.

perfect roast chicken

If you like roasted chicken this is the tool for you. The cast iron heats evenly. The chicken sits on a spike that heats it from the inside while the oven cooks the outside. The juices drip down and collect in the dish allowing for 360 degree browning and crisping of the skin. The juices easily pour out to use on their own or to be thickened into a delicious gravy.
