Great for roasting chicken

This is a great way to cook your chicken in the oven or on the grill. With it being cast iron, it will heat up nicely and retain the heat, so you have a fully cooked chicken inside and out. Also since it’s enameled, I don’t have to worry about seasoning it after every use.

This vertical roaster is excellent for roasting your chicken! The deep well collects all those delicious juices while the chicken cooks perfectly resting on the cast iron. The handles on either side make it so easy to move the roaster around too.

This chicken roaster is one of a kind kitchen essential and the best way to roast chicken. Roasting chicken in this vertical cast iron is the best. Heat distributes directly from the inside of the chicken while it is being roast on the outside. Pan collects all the tasty juice for later use, for gravy or basting.

Delicious Roasted Chicken

This Staub vertical chicken roaster turns out delicious roasted chicken every time. Skin is crispy on the outside and both dark and white meat of chicken are always moist. Pouring spouts on base make it easy to use the collected juices for making gravy. Cleans up easily.

Chicken that is cooked vertically is always moist and flavorful. This cast iron roaster helps the chicken cook from the inside as well as the outside which equates to a quicker cook time and an even distribution of heat. The dish catches juices for perfect gravy drippings and the enamal coating makes for easy clean up.

I used a vertical wire stand before i found this one! another great Staub item that lasts. Love that it has a base to catch juices now, using them for soups and in gravy for other dishes! Easy, simple piece that also makes a difference in taste and ease of use!
