A VG10 super steel core surrounded by a 64-layer Damascus pattern for a stunning santoku. Comfortable D-shaped handle of Micarta is moisture resistant and provides a secure grip for effortless mincing, slicing and dicing.
The Kaisen line of knives utile some of the best steel for Japanese cutlery. VG 10 super steel is extremely hard and chip and nick resistant. The traditional D shaped handle fits comfortable in the right hand but may not work very well for the left handed chef.
