Love the Classic line. It is sharp right out of the box and retains it edge unlike others. It has a great feel with the balance and weight of the forged blade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased as I needed a decent carving knife for Thanksgiving. Well worth the price, nice weight to it and sliced through my turkey like butter! You can buy a cheap knife but if you spend a bit more you get something that will last a lifetime and you will notice the craftsmanship!
