The Greatest Carving Knife

The only knives I will ever use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had Henckels Classic knives for about 30 years. They are perfectly balanced in my hand, hold an edge, and never fail to perform. The handle is designed to feel like a custom fit - amazing. I don't want any other knife. I recently expanded my set by adding this 8 inch carving knife. What took me so long?

Best Beginner Knife

My mother and I both cook a lot. We have never been to crazy about our cutlery until I purchased this knife as a Christmas gift. We are both beginners when it comes to knife skills and this knife is always sharp and easy to use. Highly recommend for anyone beginning to cook.
