This knife is down right pretty. Its also made out of high quality German steel so durable for the long haul. I thought the handle would be slippery when wet but it has a brushed steel so no problem. The knife is light weight, a nice option to the heavy handled knives.

Bolster has good weight to it so you can feel it... All stainless steel is modern and effective. You can dish wash this one but I wouldn't. Nice, comfortable handle.

This Modernist chef's knife is an awesome blade to wield. I love how balanced the knife is overall and the handle and bolster make for a comfortable pinch grip.

Great all stainless steel look

The name really speaks for itself, I love how modern of a look this Chef knife is. I was looking for something with this aesthetic and it’s perfect. It’s a great forged German stainless steel Chef knife, a blade shape you can use to cut, slice, chop anything and everything. The textured handle contours nicely to my hand and has a good weight to it as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice entry level chef's knife that has a good sharp edge and is durable. I like the way the stainless handle has a nonslip feel and the forged bolster makes this lightweight knife feel sturdy while using it.
