I use the 1.5 qt French oven for waterless cooking and the results were high end restaurant quality at home. No need to eat out! The moisture retained during the cooking cycle was enough and no additional liquid was needed. The little French oven is built like a tank. Perfect for cooking rice or beans. I think I’ll buy one more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful piece of cookware. Heavy and well apportioned The handle on the lid was not totally screwed on and I had to twist it to be snug. Looks great and can’t wait to use it.
