Beautiful, but lacking in quality and durability

When the dinnerware arrived (I purchased two sets) I was excited, as it is was lovely with a beautiful finish. However, after two years of daily use, it has not held up well for the quality it purports to deliver. The dinner and salad plates surfaces show and retain many, many knife marks which will not clean off with scrubbing, including using Barkeepers’s Friend. I also question its durability as the salad plate edges are prone to major chipping. Value for money for this product is quite low and I deeply regret this purchase.

Durability is very disappointing

Fantastic so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great plates and bowls, beautiful/quality craftsmanship. One arrived broken and after chatting with customer service, was offered a free replacement right away. Haven't chipped so far and dishwasher safe.

This is the first dinnerware set I’ve bought and I couldn’t be more pleased. The white truffle color is a very light grey with small white speckles if you look closely. The bowls seemed kinda on the small side but they are fairly deep and hold a lot. So far they have done well in the dishwasher with no scratches or cracks. I definitely recommend and worth the price!
