A great Santoku

This is a really unique Santoku knife. The handle shape really fits perfectly in the palm of my hand, a shape that I’ve never seen in another knife collection outside of the Meiji. With it having 100 layers of FC61 stainless steel, this knife chops so smoothly and beautifully. It looks great and is a solid Japanese knife.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bob Kramer with a twist

Not the traditional shape of a Bob Kramer knife. The handle fits well in my larger hand. The shape of the handle fits well into the back of my knuckles. The detail on the blade is stunning. It is super sharp and cuts like a dream.

This is not your ordinary Santoku, foremost, it’s a Kramer, from his Meiji Collection; made with left-handers in mind too... but it’s also got a nice point to the blade, unlike your classic Santoku, which makes this one quite versatile; able to use with prepping an entire meal without changing out knives for different jobs (from herbs, to veggies, and even proteins). This one will certainly become a go-to in your kitchen, as it has in mine!

Beautiful knife from top to bottom. Great shape and feel to the handle. laser sharp and its a perfect choice for slicing , chopping and mincing.

This Meiji 7" collection its potent core of FC61 fine carbide stainless steel is protected by 100 layers of nickel and stainless steel. Blades offer remarkable durability, sharpness, and cutting performance. The ergonomic charcoal Pakkawood handles is more comfortable for left handed cook.

Meji combines traditional Japanese craftsmanship with Germany engineering and the expertise of Bob Kramer. The result is a beautiful 100-layer damascus patterned blade with a scalpel sharp edge and ergonomic D-shaped pakka wood handle.
