My fiance purchased this knife for me for my birthday and I couldn't be happier. Cuts like a dream with a fabulously sharp edge. I've had no problem cutting it up in the kitchen this last few days. Easy to clean and care for I'm confident this knife will last me for years.

Great feel in the hand

I’m the type that prefers to put a product in hand before purchase so I visited a retailer to do so and the Zwilling pro line was the obvious choice based on balance and feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just opened up my 7 in Pro Le Blanc Slim Hollow Edge Santoku knife. I was a little unsure of the white but so glad I went with it. It’s so beautiful, has a nice weight to it and very sharp. I can’t wait to use it!
