Great Concept. Poor Quality (Storage Bags)

I have been using this system for a couple of years now. Great concept. The glass storage containers are nice. However, the storage bags are going to be the most expensive one or two use bags you will ever buy. I've used three large storage bags for storing blueberries we picked. Two of the three bags ripped at the ziplock area. The third hasn't because we have not got to that one yet. I thought the first may have been a fluke, but it is not. Zwilling does not stand behind their bags either. I've contacted support and they will not replace, so I would not recommend their storage bags at this price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review and for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience. Fresh & Save vacuum bags are strong and efficient for the fridge, freezer, and pantry. They are also great for Sous Vide cooking. Reuse them after thoroughly washing with hot water and dishwashing liquid, and then completely drying. The Bags can be used a numerous of times, until you notice signs of wear and tear or they no longer correctly close or if they fail to maintain their vacuum seal. I am very disappointed with the quality of these bags. Most of them came broken from the black round part where you put the vacuum sealer. As a result, air comes inside the bag. I would not recommend this product.

Our Fresh & Save Bags feature easy zip closures to create a perfect seal and are freezer safe, microwave safe (without vacuum seal) The Liquid barrier included (in select sets) help prevent liquids from being absorbed by the pump during vacuum seal. Large size works for casseroles, large quantities of meats, fruits etc. since your vacuum disc on bag should be clear of food content. Heavy duty bag is very STRUDY & if cleaned correctly, will last through several uses.

Failed zippes. Not sustainable.

Bought ten of these guys. Zipper has failed on 3 of them after being used less then 3 times.
Its also not dishwasher safe.
It stains easily and fat clings to the inside of the bag making it a pain to wash. And still the zipper failed.
Love consept, hate the execution.
