So far, love the knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this knife for a few weeks now. So far, I love it. I did observe that it is lighter when compared to my Zwilling Pro 7” chef knife. However, it is very comfortable and very sharp. Love it!

Love it! I have previously used a 10 in Mercer Chef knife for most of my prep work, but now I prefer the rocking Santoku for most of my tasks at work and at home.

Great value for a beginner santoku

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great value for a beginner Santoku, keeps its edge quite well although it’s not in the completely traditional Santoku shape. It’s easily taking the place of my favorite chefs knife

I have always liked the four star line of knives. This is no different. The handles are full and comfortable. Great blade steel with a nice open heel/bolster. The edge that this shipped with, while super sharp, was unfinished, it sharpness came from the ratty edge burr and very noticeable grind marks. Not a big deal it will clean up nicely, but docking a star for shipping a knife with such an edge finish.
