[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Zwilling J.A. Henckels for years now. I prefer to use the German Steel versions. This new Rocking Santoku knife has added additional precision and ease of use when slicing and dicing. The rocking blade is outstanding.

Versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two knives, and two knives only in my camper trailer, where added weight can be an issue. My rocking santoku HE and my 5 1/2 inch prep knives provide me with all I need to cook great food whilst on the road!
