Amazing blade profile. It's a hybrid of a chef and santoku so works well whether you're a rocker or a chopper. Comfortable handle. Dimples help prevent food from sticking to the blade.

Awesome multipurpose knife

I love a rocking santoku blade and this is a great option for that style. I love how lightweight it is, but also how durable and sharp the blade is. A great multipurpose knife, you can slice, dice and mince with comfort and control with this knife.

I like this santoku style knife in this line. The handle is smooth and the knife is light weight. Easy to handle and use for a lot of prep work. Perfect size and shape for beginners to practice their chopping .

Best of Both Words

The rocking santoku has the best of both worlds - German Special Formula Steel for durability and a Japanese angle for ease of cutting. The hollow edge allows food to come away from the knife more quickly than other knives. Handle is light weight for those who may have wrist / hand problems.

The Four Star knives are a great series and are both comfortable in the hand and last a long time! German steel for a Japanese-inspired knife with the hallow edge for working with a knife clean of the veggies that will fall off when cutting and slicing. This is one of my most used knives and can usually replace a Chef knife for its many uses.

This 7" Rocking Santoku is fantastic for chopping lots of vegetables all at for a stir fry. Fantastic durability and quality. Great price for a knife from Zwilling J.A. Henckels.
