SANTOKU KNIFE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a knife expert but I have used and felt a few knifes and I believe it is a good knife. It's sharp, balanced, has a good grip and over all is well balanced to use.

First New Chef Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been given hand me down knives so my collection is mismatched. After many years of putting up with dull knives, I decided to invest in a set of good knives. I purchased a bundled package with a bamboo cutting board, paring knife, a 5” chef, and sharpener several months ago and so happy with the purchase. This time I brought the 7” Santoku Chef. It is light weight but still has the feel of a well made knife. Have yet to use it but excited. If it is like the 5” chef, it will make the holidays easier in prepping dinners.
