Razor sharp!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a really good knife that I can say, I use it everyday. The blade remains razor sharp for a long period of time, easy to maintain and made out of high quality steel. However, still a little bit disappointed on the handle. I own lot of different Zwilling knife and in my opinion, this handle is too light and the plastic look kind of cheap compare to its “brother” like professional “S” or Pro. But over all, it is an amazing knife to own for your lifetime.
