Utility says it all, does any job in the kitchen. Made from high quality stainless steel the knife won't rust or tarnish. Its also made from one piece of steel so nice flexibility yet durable. The 3 riveted handle is comfortable even when you have to use a bit of pressure for slicing.

Nice Utility

A good Utility knife, great for slicing fruits, veggies, and meats. A great starter knife for newbies, such as young aspiring chefs, the slicer knife is not as daunting in size as a Carving, but you can still get nice slices like you’re using a carving knife.. Nice handles on the knife, contours nicely to the high carbon German stainless steel blade. The German stainless steel won’t be prone to rusting or tarnishing, a great steel to use if you’re cutting up acidic or starchy foods.

A fantastic knife that is super sharp and will cut paper thin slices of fruits and vegetables. I use this one for slicing onions! No Tears! Durable and well balanced.The handle is classic three rivet and very comfortable to hold.

Useful utility knife for most all cutting tasks. Size permits use as large paring knife yet more maneuverable than a chef's knife. Stamped from high quality stainless steel with a fine edge and comfortable contoured handle.
