Impressive Sides

This is my go-to dish for making au gratin potatoes. They get that nice, crispy bottom that adds so much flavor. It's also great for mac and cheese; ditto on the crispy bottom comment. Staub heats evenly and clean up is a breeze.

Anything cheesy or crumbly deserves an oval dish like this one! Perfect size for side dishes. this dish offers everything you would expect from a Staub piece. Heats evenly and quickly and will retain an even cooking temperature. Nice browning! the handles are a welcomed addition for ease in transporting from stove to table.

Great for a side dish. But I get the most compliments when I create my famous cheese and corn dip. It bakes for 30 minutes, the cheese overflows and bakes to the side. I place it on a board with chips or crackers. Everyone wants the recipe but they always add, well we don't have the dish so it won't be the same. Retains heat, cleans up easily.

Great serving and baking dish

This is the perfect serving dish for casseroles, gratins, desserts and ratatouille recipes. I love the heritage look of the handles on this baking dish. With it being enameled cast iron, it does a great job heating and being versatile where it can go from oven to table to fridge. It also doesn't require to be seasoned, which is really convenient. A great dish to have for serving great meals.
