Wonderful way to serve! Excellent for make ahead dishes. I prepare my favorite Shrimp Scampi/Mac & Cheese/Scalloped Potatoes/Roasted Vegetables/Pot Pie/Cobbler ahead of time, then pop into the oven before dinner. So easy. Cooks so evenly and consistently, that I can relax and enjoy my guests. Also excellent for pan searing - scallops, fish.

I use this pan for scalloped potatoes and Parker house rolls. The heat capability of the pan is amazing - heats up quickly and evenly, also stays hot for hours. The black matte finish on the interior produces a perfect crust to all dishes. The versatility of the pan is amazing, you can even pan sear a steak on the stove top with it.

These little dishes come in handy for baked dips and small side dishes. They look great on the buffet or on the table and keep your food hot until the last bite! The Staub matte black interior needs no seasoning, never stains and cleans up easily.

It is a Staub! What more can I say which has not already been said. I use this beauty multiple times per day in the toaster oven roasting veggies and reheating leftovers. The challenge is to make the food more of the focus than the vessel.

Perfect sized Gratin for side dishes or individual gratin entrees. Fully enamelled cast iron is easy to use, easy to maintain and enhances the cooking attributes of Cast iron without the maintenance issues.

I have a few of these oval baking dishes and find that I am always grabbing for them when cooking in the kitchen. They are great for camping as well; they can go right over the fire!

Great Oven-to-Table Roaster.

Tough cast iron oval roaster/serving dish can be used for anything from fajitas to souffles. Enameled inside and out for easier clean up as well. Nice high handles are easy to grab.

Great dish for family style sides

This is a great baking dish for family style sides, like if you were making macaroni and cheese, because it is not an super large size and doesn't take up a lot of room on the table. The cast iron retains heat really well, so that the food stays hot even after being out of the oven for a while.
