This is my first expensive knife. I purchased the 8” Kazen Chefs knife. The knife is beautiful, feels great when using and sharp. I did notice some marks on the knife under the wavy part. Thought to myself well ok it is hand forged. But when I registered my knife I was offered 3 options for this knife and mine stated “visual imperfections” - the different options was NOT offered nor was it disclosed that the knife would have visual imperfections. This feels deceptive to me and impacted my positive feelings about Zwilling.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a carbon steel Japanese chef knife and I went to the outlet and the sales rep was very helpful and she let me try every knife but this one stood out in price and quality I love the handling of this knife
Very impressed with the quality of the knife, the sharpness of the blade and how well it keeps it's edge. Otherwise, well, it's a knife and right now, it's my #1 knife that i use for most things, unless they're hard or frozen, then I just get my #2 knife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Damascus pattern of the knife and quality of the steel. this knife has been very useful in the kitchen and I would very much recommend the other people especially for the price range.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gave this knife to my husband for his birthday and he absolutely loved it. He specifically liked the weight of it, the design/finish on the blade, and the handle. I think it’s his favorite gift he’s ever received.
