Finally Bought A Real Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in my mid 50s and finally bought a real knife for my kitchen. For years I’ve bought whatever “value set” was on the shelf, but the fall special on this 8” chef knife couldn’t be resisted. Why have I deprived myself all this time? This knife is a thing of beauty and fits the hand perfectly. It’s light in weight but no “lightweight” knife in any sense. This knife cuts cleanly and effortlessly. This knife is SHARP!! I can’t wait to add others to my kitchen!
