Affordable starter knife

I recently got this knife so I may update as I use it more. I love the feel of the handle and the way it drops before the blade allowing for a good grip and a safe handling space away from the blade. It is obviously a beautiful knife and very sharp right out of the box. I’m excited to put it to heavy use at home! First impressions is it is an affordable starter chef knife that isn’t too be to feel awkward for the beginner.

I love all of my Zwilling products! The Miyabi 8” chef knife is a great overall knife for home cooks and professional chefs alike. The weight balance is great with a sharp edge from factory that holds nicely with care.

The Miyabi Kaizen Gyutoh 8-inch knife looks amazing in the kitchen and works even better. It’s super sharp, makes cutting effortless, and feels great to use. On top of that, it just looks really cool sitting on the counter.

This 8-inch Kaizen knife is the best one I have ever owned. Very sharp, amazing construction quality, handmade through and through. Handle feels very premium and the mosaic is such a nice touch. The knife is perfectly balanced as well and very versatile in the kitchen.
