This is my first Miyabi chef's knife after trying one out at Sul La Table and I was completely amazed at it's feel on the hand and made slicing a breeze. This will my be new go-to knife for years to come!

Feels nice in the hand and comes well sharpened from the factory. Careful to clean quickly after use as the mirror polish shows residue.
