The knife is obviously really sharp, but at the same time very, very light too. The handling is amazing, and it is so easy to cut through fruits, vegetables and any type of other food. Love the patterns on them too. It just feels amazing to lift or hold. Pure luxury. The japanese knifemaking is really unparalleled. My first Miyabi, and certainly won't be the last one.

Love the Kaisen line

The knife is so sharp and the edge geometry allows it to slice through anything like butter. It’s a smoother feel than their German line but you need to be more careful about the edge and keeping it clean and dry after each use.

This knife is worth every penny. It is amazing and cuts things with ease. You don’t even have to hold the food you’re cutting with tension, it is sharp enough to slice through with ease!
