We love all of our Zwilling knives (we have had them for almost 20 years). We just received this one as a gift and it is amazing. It is very easy to handle and has a beautiful finish on the blade and the handle.

Cuts very well. Lighter weight than you may expect but feels good to use. Excellent starter knife for people new to high quality knives.

Love the finish of the blade and that it is so light weight that it doesn’t make my hand or wrist hurt from doing long tasks
