This, and the Myabi paring knife are my go-to knifes. They are fantastic! It cuts like a dream and is very easy to handle- perfect size. Besides a bread knife, I don't need any other knives. I love these Myabi knives so much, I bought them when I moved out of a shared housing arrangement where my housemates had them.
