Absolute Beauty!

This knife started it all. From the sleek and attractive design to it's phenomenally sharp blade, this knife brought me into the fold when it comes to understanding how a good knife can make all the difference. I am actively building my Miyabi Kaizen collection because this knife has changed the way I look at being in the kitchen!!

Best knife I have ever owned

Wow this knife is amazing. I use it to cut meat and vegetables and it has been great. Others that used it have all been amazed at how easy and sharp it cuts. I will definitely be buying other Miyabi knives.

Reinvigorated my love for cooking!

This product has reinvigorated my love for cooking and food prep. I have been a bit dull with my cooking lately (more so my attitude) and I felt a spark to try a new knife, one more expensive and nicer than my current, to try and get out of this funk. The second this knife was in my hand I wanted to chop any and everything around me, 3 days later I’m still thrilled and excited to use this knife. I honestly feel an obligation to keep it clean, nice, and on display it is so lovely. Thank you!
