Beautiful, Great sharp, Perfect Handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recommend this night to starters or professionals. This is because knife is very lightweight and handles easily. This is real Damascus not etched. The sharpening job is impeccable and the handle gives allows you to get a firm grip. I have already stress tested the knife and it has done great. The price is fair because you will not have to buy another chef’s knife for 7 to 8 years. And it has a nice slick modern design with no bolster. VERY SHARP OUT OF THE BOX. USE WITH CARE.

Finally Bought A Real Knife

For years I’ve bought whatever “value set” was on the shelf, but the fall special on this 8” chef knife couldn’t be resisted. Why have I deprived myself all this time? This knife is a thing of beauty and fits the hand perfectly. It’s light in weight but no “lightweight” knife in any sense. This knife cuts cleanly and effortlessly. This knife is SHARP!! I can’t wait to add others to my kitchen!
