Great starting knife

If you are like me and grip high on the handle with 3 fingers and have thumb and index on the back of the blade, this will provide the comfort you would want. With my old knives my middle finger usually rubs against the blade and its quick becomes uncomfortable. This had nice balance and arrived razor sharp.

Not what it looks like

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the box this thing looks solid and heavy but when I held it, it was light and well balanced. I enjoy how comfortable it is to hold and it slices without effort. This is going to becomey favorite knife.

Overall very happy and it’s well worth the money. This knife can be in a commercial kitchen or for at home chef. You will not be disappointed.
