My dream Miyabi knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always dream to have a Miyabi knife in my set because I know how beautiful it looks and how sharp it is for the knife. Finally on my birthday I decided to gift myself this Miyabi chef knife and I love it the instant I hold it in my hand. The handle is so well carve and the blade is shiny sharp. I put it to the first test of cutting the tomato and without any resistant, that is the first thinnest slice of tomato i ever cut - that to show how sharp the blade is. Just loce it

The beautiful pattern and the perfect balance combined with the blade length and high carbon durability makes it all better. Not only is it stunning but it holds an edge and is a work horse, a statement piece and overall even fun to use.
