Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful and sharp. Perfect craftmanship. It's about a gram too back-heavy and needs at least 1/4 more on the heel. craftsmanship. Won't be able to rock with this knife and the balance makes freehand blade work a bit more cumbersome. The 6" seems like it would be more suited to be a true chefs knife
