First professional chef knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always enjoyed cooking but have used cheaper knives that have needed a lot of work with different grit whetstones to get a good edge.
I finally decided to invest in a hobby that I really enjoy doing and pulled the trigger on this kaizen chef knife. Literally love it to death so far, the overall handling is perfect and the edge holds so well with a few strokes on the honing steel.
Got this with a deal so it was definitely a steal.
