Sharp sturdy and well balanced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knives is very sharp, sturdy and well balanced. The handle is very comfortable to hold and use. It's just the right weight between too light and too heavy. Finally the build quality is amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up the Kaizen Rocking Santoku some time ago, and needing (wanting) a new chef's knife decided to give this one a go. Both beautiful and functional, I have found it to have excellent balance and a keen edge capable of very precise cuts.
