I love how balanced this blade is. Its construction is just perfect! And it’s very very sharp so be extra careful with it.

Miyabi Kaizen II - Great at-home Knife

Really like the balance of the knife, and the shape and feel of the handle in my hand. Obviously the knife cuts great, and it's the perfect size chef's knife for someone like me, who feels like an 8-inch or larger chef's knife is a little too big for routine, at-home kitchen prep.
