[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the weight and balance of the smaller chef knife. I’ve been working with it for three years now and feel like it does a better job and holds its sharpness better than the Shun knives I also work with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The aesthetic of this knife is beautiful the edge the sharpness and the precision of my knife cuts are so much better with the right tool this knife really makes a difference in the kitchen from using a German knife, French knives, Japanese knives are definitely the way to go for precision
