Excellent kitchen upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The weight and heft are nice, well-balanced. Arrived very sharp, this knife will be an heirloom. For the price, I only wish it came with sheath. This is not my first Henckels knife, the performance for the price doesn’t disappoint.
