Solid knife for all around use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The full tang gives it nice balance and heft. Easily sliced through anything I put under it. Very ergonomic in my hand. Regular maintenance will help you maintain this knife for a very long time.

This is a great knife that has incredible weight and balance and is made of German steel. Day to day use has resulted in an edge that is staying sharp. It meets or exceeds any task I throw at it in my kitchen.

There is nothing to dislike about this Classic knife! This knife is everything you want in such a frequently used tool in the kitchen. Though it lacks the curved bolster of the Zwilling Pro knife line, the Classic chef features all of the amazing other properties at a lower price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Henckels Classic Forged 8 in chef knife is extremely well made. You feel the quality when you pick it up. The weight is balanced, the German stainless steel sharp looking in the satin finish, and the triple riveted handle fits naturally. The knife is extremely sharp so respect it as you do your other sharp knives. It sliced through an extra ripe tomato with zero effort. It will become your favorite tool in the kitchen as it has in mine.
