Great knife

I have struggled with cheap knives for so long, this certainly is the best knife I have used. I also have an 8” carving knife I am anxious to use. Looking forward to using these for many years to come.

My father was a butcher for some time always said "a knife made of good steel will have a 'ring' to it when tapped against something solid"- this knife has a good ring to it!
