This is the perfect knife. it fits so great in my hand, does not slip and always sharp.I love how it cuts everything.

I absolutely love this knife. The German steel causes this knife to be so sharp and hold its' edge so well. In addition, it has a beautiful classic look.

This is a great all-purpose knife for use on just about anything & everything! Cutting meat, fish, veggies, potatoes, all of it! It truly is the workhorse in my kitchen! No kitchen should be w/out a great Henckels 8" Chef knife!

This is a great knife that has incredible weight and balance and is made of German steel. Day to day use has resulted in an edge that is staying sharp. It meets or exceeds any task I throw at it in my kitchen.

I love this knife! It has German steel and is made in Spain, so has all the "good stuff" that premium knives are made of, at a fraction of the cost. If I could only get one chef knife, this would be it.

This is a really great and well made German knife, a really durable knife and is a great starter knife that has a lot of great features that you would find with some of the more premium knife collections. Cuts through food with ease and looks great too.
