A Great Forged Chef Knife

Although this knife is made in Spain, it holds the integrity of the High Carbon, no stain, German formula Stainless steel. It is forged, and a comfortable go to Chef's knife for any home cook or chef. The traditional 3 riveted handle mirrors its name as a Classic knife. Very durable and dishwasher safe, but I make sure to hand wash mine.

Nice feel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this as a gift, nice feel in the hand. 3 rivets full tang - razor sharp, nice balance. My father was a butcher for some time always said "a knife made of good steel will have a 'ring' to it when tapped against something solid"- this knife has a good ring to it!

Excellent Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chopper is amazing. Blade is really strong and cuts through meat, vegetables and fish with minimal effort. Well constructed. I have other knives that cost double and I think this one is far superior. Outstanding value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An 8 inch chefs knife is by far my favorite knife. I had wanted to get a nice one for a while, and had been eyeing this for a while. A dear Aunt got it for me for Christmas, and I am very excited to get to cooking right away!
