First proper knife for Christmas!

However, this knife has been satisfying in hand and quite sharp out of the box.

Sharp right out the box!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This may be the nicest chef's knife I've even owned. I got a sharpener with it, but I won't need to use it for a while. It is very sharp right out of the box. Although thinner than other knives I have, it is still very strong. It cuts through vegetable skins like nothing.
