[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I got this knife out of the box I could feel how well crafted this elegant chefs tool is. I have been using it now for a few weeks and the edge is fantastic and it keeps like you wouldn’t believe.

But so glad I did since I’d been eyeing it for a while just didn’t want to spend that much for a knife that’ll eventually dull and be scratched up but so far it hasn’t and I use it everyday for every thing. I’m pretty touch with it too but it’s held up without being scratched or dulled! Recommended!
