An amazing chopping experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this as a Christmas gift and have loved chopping veggies and meat ever since. The blade has held sharpness throughout, and it's just heavy enough that I don't have to put a lot of weight behind the knife action.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very solid knife ,light weight and easy to handle .was very shape from open to use .I did how ever hone the edge.it had a few rolled edges from the tip down a few inches ...but was no problem for the heckles 2stage sharpener .would recommend

This is a great every day knife. I have found that it does not get as sharp as my other chef's knife, but I still enjoy using it and would recommend it for its value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used several brands of knives, and my ex husband spent a large amount on a Chicago Cutlery professional set multiple years back. While I enjoyed them, after good care they became incredibly dull very quick. This knife I can already tell is of a MUCH higher calibre than any of those or any other knife I've had. I'd highly recommend taking the chance on it if you enjoy cooking and want good results out of your regular use chef knife.
