Great knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this knife for everything from cutting melon, vegetables, and fruit to chopping parsley for salads. I’m not much of a cook so I have very few utensils in the kitchen and this knife does the job of many utensils. Very happy with it. Has held up well, also. Sharp.

Excellent knife for aspiring chefs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well balanced as for weight, taking strain off of your wrist. The knife cuts well but due to the angle of the blade needed a little sharpening for the way I like to use my knives. I love the full tang, leaving for a very sturdy knife that I don’t expect to come apart over a long period of time. I would love to review this product after I’ve used it rigorously to see how it hold up. I took some video footage but I am not sure if I will be able to upload. If I can not, follow me on Instagram where I will be uploading these videos of me testing out the knife in various scenarios @dot.o

Solid quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is really well built and nice to touch. The blade could use a touch up of sharpening out of the box but it is still plenty sharp to start cutting food immediately. Only complaint is the handle which is not as natural to hold as my previous chef's knife- the squared edges are a little uncomfortable. Still a solidly built piece and I'm excited to use this for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best knife I’ve ever used. Even better than some of those I’ve used in culinary school. The knife is light and ergonomic. The blade slices with ease. Honestly the best knife I own! Highly recommend!
