Classic Design from a Classic company

I was looking for a great all around knife and found it here. The German steel really makes a difference. It stays sharp for a long time and is very easy to resharpen. The classic shape and feel works for me as I have been cooking for a while and am used to this style. Also being made in Spain is great. Spain is where some of the greatest swords of all time were forged and what is a knife but a small sword.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great knife and customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife has been a workhorse in my kitchen. When the handle fell apart after 12 years of regular use and good care, customer service replaced the knife for me.

I love this knife! It has German steel and is made in Spain, so has all the "good stuff" that premium knives are made of, at a fraction of the cost. If I could only get one chef knife, this would be it.
