[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time user. Been using Chef's knife most of the time before getting this one. The Santoku feels balanced and extremely sharp.

This knife is a vegetable cutting machine, it will get through even the toughest ones. Its made from one piece of high quality stainless steel so durable for the long haul. No tarnishing or rusting. Nice comfortable handle and dishwasher safe!
