Good value for this 7" santoku that will become one of your favorite and most used knives. The santoku can be used on meat, poultry and vegetables, and will compliment your chef knife perfectly. Not much that the two can't do effeciently and well with the lightweight composition of the blade and handle, which is ergonomic!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wow! This is a great knife for the price. I prefer a Santoku knife when slicing and dicing fruits and vegetables, as the product slides off the blade easier than on a traditional chef knife. Knife is designed to use for long stretches of time without fatiguing your wrist. Like all Henckels cutlery, it is made to stay sharp for a very long time before resharpening.
