[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this knife. It is super hard, it’s really sharp and it’s thin and light. You can do some really big breakdown work with it and so super fine. Precise cuts. This is my new favorite knife. I’ve always been a fan of shun knives before this one. I won’t get another knife other than this moving forward.

If you have been looking around for a high grade, professional precision blade, then you just found it. After many years of using very good German and Japanese steel in the kitchen that was perfectly satisfactory, I have now found the tool that I was hoping those other knives could be. Effortless, paper thin slicing of both large and small material is a joy with this fine tool.
I would recommend this to a friend!
